Kuri ir Open de France golfa turnīra uzvarētāji?
Kopš 1906. gada Open de France ir kļuvis par būtisku notikumu mūsdienu labāko golfa spēlētāju kalendārā. Šim turnīram, kas jau vairākas reizes tiek rīkots Le Golf National Senkventinaivelinā, ir sena vēsture, un 2024. gadā tas atgriežas ar vēl lielāku spēku.
Šī gada Open de France, kas tiek ieskaitīts DP World Tour organizētajā “Race to Dubai”, piedalīsies šī brīža labākie profesionāļi, tostarp Rio Hisatsune, kurš centīsies aizstāvēt savu kroni pēc spožā triumfa pagājušajā sezonā.
Japānas golferis bija pēdējais garajā to golfa spēlētāju sarakstā, kuri spējuši izcīnīt titulu Francijā. Šajā sarakstā ir arī vairāki izcili spāņi, piemēram, Seve Ballesteross, Hosē Marija Olazabals, Pablo Larrazabals un Migels Angels Himeness, no kuriem pēdējais titulu izcīnīja 2010. gadā.

Taču īpaša saistība ar šo turnīru neapšaubāmi bija tieši Sevem, jo viņa rezumē ir kopā četri tituli laikā no 1977. līdz 1986. gadam. Interesanti atzīmēt, ka tie visi tika izcīnīti dažādos laukumos, kad Open de France vēl tika spēlēts dažādos golfa klubos, pirms tas pārcēlās uz savu pašreizējo mājvietu Le Golf National 1991. gadā. Turklāt Kantabrijas pārstāvim joprojām pieder rekords par lielāko uzvaras starpību, kad viņš 1985. gadā ar 21 sitienu zem PAR uzvarēja Senžermānas laukumā.
Citi izcili uzvarētāji ir anglis Niks Faldo, kurš turnīrā triumfēja kopā trīs reizes, kā arī Gregs Normans un Sendijs Lailss. Tomēr nevienam no viņiem tā arī neizdevās pielīdzināties piecām uzvarām, ko izcīnījis britu golferis Obrijs Būmers (1921., 1922., 1926., 1929. un 1931. gadā), kurš ir visvairāk apbalvotais golfa spēlētājs Francijas atklātā čempionāta vēsturē.
