Marius Kudzmanas Leads Final 19 in King of Vilnius Main Event
The 2024 Kings of Vilnius has moved onto its final day on Sunday but not before an epic day on Saturday. While many were anxiously awaiting to see who would advance to the final day of the three-day Kings of Vilnius €1,100 Main Event, others were busy battling for one of the three trophies on the line during the penultimate day of the tournament.
Lithuania’s Marius Kudzmanas leads the final 19 players and is in the driver’s seat for the first Kings of Vilnius Main Event trophy and the €69,490 top prize.
The €80 NLH Queens attracted a field of 36 entries for a €2,419 prize pool with Lithuania’s Viktorija Tamosiunaite defeating countrymate Jelena Michailova to win the €860 top prize.
Meanwhile, Lithuania’s Linas Jautakis has done it again. Earlier this week, Jautakis won the €250 Sviten Special. Last night, he became the first player to win two trophies this festival after also winning the €250 PLO4/PLO5 Progressive Knockout for €1,512 plus bounties after defeating Finland’s Pasi Rantamen heads-up.
A total of 36 entries went into the virtual world and battled online at OlyBet Poker in the Kings of Vilnius €150 Online Progressive Bounty. Latvia’s Kristiana Stauere, who ran deep in multiple tournaments recently during the OlyBet Showdown Riga Voodoo Bounty and the Kings of Tallinn Autumn Edition earned a trophy by shipping the event for €1,933 including bounties.
Estonia’s Herli Olop was busy multitabling in the two-day €555 NLH OlyBet Special while cruising along to second place for €1,057. Meanwhile, all three Baltic countries were all represented on the podium with Kings of Vilnius €250 NLH DeepStack champion from Lithuania Vladislav Senkevič took third place.

Lithuanians on Top of the Main Event Leaderboard
The 2024 Kings of Vilnius €1,100 Main Event has more than lived up to its expectations with the €250,000 smashed with 365 entries, including 51 on Day 2, creating a massive €350,400 prize pool.
The top 47 players reached the money for at least a €2,220 min-cash for more than double the buy-in but the action went much deeper than that as after 10 blind levels of one hour each, the action was down to just 19 hopefuls.
WSOP Online bracelet winner Marius Kudzmanas from Lithuania spent the entire Day 2 with a smile on his face. This was even before he took the overnight chip lead after bagging up 1,625,000 in chips. Kudzmanas was on a big stage recently when he made a four-way deal in the Triton Poker Monte Carlo Event #5 NLH 8-Handed awarding him $964,000.
Meanwhile, Lithuania’s Aurimas Stanevicius is just behind Kudzmanas with 1,065,000 in chips looking to make some moves to add a second big title under the OlyBet banner this year after previously shipping the 2024 WSOP Circuit Tallinn for €167,600.
The start of Day 2 chip leader Mindaugas Kriauciunas was cruising throughout the day. Despite losing several flips near the end of the day, he still ended as the third chip millionaire with 1,060,000.
The final 19 players each locked up a healthy cash of at least €3,850 with all players having their eyes on the trophy and the huge €69,490 top prize.
The action will resume for the final day on Sunday at Noon on Level 23 with blinds at 10,000/20,000 along with a 20,000 big blind ante and increase every hour. Check out the final day seat draw below:
