Local heroes win first trophies of the OlyBet Showdown Vilnius
Lithuania’s live poker scene is buzzing as last weekend saw the start of the OlyBet Showdown Vilnius festival, with players from 11 countries competing for the first four trophies. The series will go for another week with a healthy schedule of 24 events.
Local sports poker enthusiast Dominykas Chrypa put himself on the map in June, finishing 2nd in the OlyBet Vilnius Showdown €555 Main Event. Now he proved this was not a fluke by winning Event #1: €350 Progressive Bounty WarmUp for a five-digit payday, including bounties.

Famous poker professional and the host of the popular podcast ‘Pliusinė Sesija,’ Andrius Bielskis, found no real competition in €250 Sunday Special, defeating Mindaugas Jonuškis in a heads-up battle.
